How do I check a diploma?
Go to “Verify a credential” and enter the certificate ID printed on the diploma, or scan its QR code. No account, no sign-in, no charge.
If it says “not found”, does that mean the diploma is forged?
No. It means only that no digital record could be found for that identifier. Check that you typed it correctly, and if needed contact the institution that issued it.
What does an employer see when they check me?
Only the minimum needed to verify: the status of the credential, the institution, the programme and similar. Your registration number and other sensitive data never appear in a public result.
How do I get a digital copy of my diploma?
Sign in to “My credentials” to see every diploma and certificate issued to you, download them as PDF or as a digital credential (VC), and share them through a time-limited link.
How long does a share link stay valid?
Every link is issued with an expiry, and you can revoke it whenever you want. Revoking a link does not affect the diploma itself, which remains valid.
Is my data stored on a blockchain?
No. Personal data is never placed on a public network — only a cryptographic digest (a hash) is published. The Trust & privacy page explains this in full.
What if there is a mistake in my diploma?
Contact the registry office of the institution that issued it. Corrections are made under a controlled procedure by issuing a new credential, and the previous version is kept in the record.
